There are books you write to survive. And then there are books you return to, because now you finally understand what they were trying to say.

Because of Yesterday was written in a season when my voice was just beginning to come back to me. At the time, the book was encouraged to be published as non-fiction, to stay safe, to soften the truth, to avoid being fully seen.

But this has always been my voice. With my experiences.

This rebrand is not a rewrite, it is a reclamation. The story is now being told through healed eyes, with clarity, compassion, and truth. While the setting is fictional, the emotions, the wounds, and the awakening are real.

Because our yesterdays, every choice, every silence, every moment we learned to survive, are what quietly shape our today. They become the beliefs we carry, the patterns we repeat, the love we accept, and the voice we sometimes lose along the way.

What I’m hoping for others to feel is that Yesterday does not define you. But it did prepare you.

Because Of Yesterday coming early 2026…
